If You Ask Us To Accept Responsibility For Insuring Your Goods Under Our Own Insurance Policy The Insurance Conditions Set Out Below Will Apply. Please Note That We Cannot Accept Responsibility For Insuring Your Goods Unless You Have Provided Us With A Written Declaration Of Values. If You Do Not Provide Us With A Written Declaration Of Values Our Liability For Loss Or Damage To Your Effects Is Limited By Our Trading Conditions, Which Forms Part Of Our Contract With You.
For Your Information Our Insurance Has Been Arranged With Certain Underwriters At Lloyds Of London And A Full Copy Of The Policy Wording May Be Inspected At Our Office Upon Request. Please Note That This Insurance Has Been Arranged Solely In The Name Of Our Company. As Our Customer You Will Have No Enforceable Rights Under Our Insurance Policy.
Damages and Cover
All furniture needs to be packed with bubble wrap if you don’t wrap we will not be responsible for any scratches to your goods.
All fragile items in boxes need to pack with bubble wrap and on the boxes need to write (fragile items and point arrow with up and down) if you don’t any damages we will not responsible for that
any bigger furniture which you think don’t go through the door need to dismantle if We Do The Dismantle We Charge As Per Item if you ask to take without dismantling any property & goods damages we will not responsible for that
Claim has to be made on same day and time. After that we leave property we will not be responsible for any damages.
Antique Furniture and Items Damages Cover
We don’t cover antique furniture and items unless you inform us in written on removals booking time. If you not inform us in written removals booking time if any scratch or damages antique furniture and items we will not be responsible for that
Removals Booking On Hourly Rates Insured.
We not cover insurance if you book us hourly rates driver with van or helper with van if any scratch or damages will not be responsible for your goods

Value Of Every Single Item In Box Or Any Items Need To Send When You Booked Removals. Even Contents of Value Every Single Box Should Be Listed through the Email To us. Insurers Will Take into Consideration The Age, Quality, Degree Of Use And Consequent Market Value Of Items When Calculating The Settlement.

All Risks Of Physical Loss Or Damage To Goods In Transit Anywhere In England

As Declared To Us In Writing The Insured Shall Not Exceed £20,000 Thousand Plus 2 Million Property Damages Cover
Fraud
If The Insured Shall Make Any Claim Knowing The Same To Be False Or Fraudulent As Regard To The Amount Or Otherwise, This Insurance Shall Become Void And All Claims Hereunder Shall Be Forfeited.
Time Limits for Claim Notification
All Claims Arising From Contracts Of Removals Within Great Britain Must Be Notified To The Remover Within Same Days Of Delivery Of The Property. If We Leave Property We Will Not Responsible For Any Damages Or Loss

Excess Charges
In Line With The Policy terms Conditions, £350 Of Claim Excess Charges Are Will Pay By Customers.
Law Applications
The Terms And Conditions Of This Policy Are Subject To The Law And Jurisdiction Of England. This Policy Shall Not Provide Cover In Respect Of Electrical And Mechanical Derangement Unless Shown To Be As A Result Of Physical External
Damage Breakage, Scratching, Denting, Chipping, Staining And Tearing Of Owner Packed Effects, Including Trunks, Suitcases And The Like Unless Reasonably Attributable To Physical Damage To Such Items Caused By Collision Or Overturning Of Road Vehicles Or Other Conveyances.

Inadequate Access Preventing Free Movement Of The Goods Without Mechanical Equipment Or Structural Alteration, Or The Approach, Road Or Drive Prevents Our Vehicles And/Or Containers To Load And/Or Unload Within 20 Miters Of The Doorway, Meaning That We Have To Do Extra Work.
